What we collect
If you write through the contact form we store your name, message, language, time, and a hashed technical identifier used only to slow abuse. We do not ask for a telephone number or a postal address on that form.
A language cookie (sinc_lang) remembers English, German or Turkish. It is not an advertising cookie.
Legal basis
Contact messages are processed to answer you (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR where a request precedes a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1)(f)). The language cookie is set with your choice (Art. 6 (1)(a) or (f)).
Retention
Messages are kept as long as the conversation requires, then deleted or archived only where commercial record-keeping demands it. The language cookie lasts about 180 days.
Processors and transfer
Hosting may store server logs (IP, time, requested file) for security. We do not sell data. We do not run advertising pixels on this site.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, and you may complain to a supervisory authority. Write to info@sinc-app.com.
